first diagnosis of typhoid to be confirmed. ony cap chloromycitin or ciprofloxacin are effective and since chloromycitin give rise to bone marrow depression then it should be avoided so cipro is next prefered drug progress of cure should be investigated. it can be typhoid and paratyphoid.consult physician for effective treatment and investigation.recovery should be monitored.
